If you have pets for whom you care about their welfare should they survive you, the Pet Trust Addendum provides a way for you to address those concerns with specific terms. The Addendum allows you to (a) specifically appoint a Pet Caretaker for your pets; (b) provide a mandate as to the amount of funding for the Pet Trust Account; and, (c) prescribe guidelines as to how the Trustee and Pet Caretaker are to perform both administrative and direct care on behalf of your pets.  This "Pet Trust Addendum Supplement" is designed to work in tandem with the Addendum providing you with the ability to specify from time to time, and any time, those terms which are supported by the Addendum.  Once you load this App into the Specific Directives section of your Trust document (or the Specific Directives Addendum) you may modify any text in it and particularly in those areas with parenthesis.
