Specific Directives Explanatory
– Generational Holding Sub-Trust –

The Generational Holding Sub/Trust (GHT) App allows you to formulate terms that will cause designated beneficiary account values to be held in your trust (after decease) for the INITIAL benefit of your first generation children (primary beneficiaries), at values and times as you prescribe, and later for the subsequent benefit of your grandchildren.  A GHT format can also provide your trust estate with very real asset protection and long term (post-mortem) control over your family assets for two generations of posterity, which is generally not otherwise available with customary "outright distribution" formats.

Based solely on the administrative terms that you elect for your GHT format, a certain value of each respective designated account originally allocated to the first generation children (Primary Beneficiaries) can be available to them as an income stream, and/or for health, education, maintenance and support (HEMS) purposes, and/or for outright distributions of up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) or five percent (5%) on an annual but non-accumulative basis for their lifetimes.  Afterward, the remainder account values will be allocated to your second-generation (your grandchildren, the remainderman beneficiaries) where they now qualify for HEMS distributions from your trust.  Your grandchildren will then later receive outright distributions from their respective accounts when they have obtained the age(s) necessary to receive such distributions accordingly as you have determined in your trust with this App.
