These Specific Directives Apps for the Advanced Subtrusts allow a certain level of modification to be made to these advanced subtrusts. The Apps are to be used ONLY with either the Charitable Remainder Subtrust or the Nevada Wealth Preservation Trust, whichever application is relevant. Any Directive utilized for the Charitable Subtrust must be applied BEFORE the trustee takes title to the charitable gift transferred to the Charitable Remainder Trust. Directives for the Wealth Preservation Trust may be utilized before or after the installation of the same but caution must be used in doing so, and it is highly recommended to seek the advice of your legal/tax counsel before applying any such Directives.
